• 5:05pm: Arrow of Light Presentation (postponed)
• 5:20pm: Friends of Scouting and Convocation
• 5:30pm:

    - Leadership Awards
• 6:30pm: Closing Ceremony
• 6:45pm: Clean Up

A Celebration

The Blue and Gold dinner is a celebration of the accomplishments of the Cubs, the Akelas and the Pack over the prior year of scouting.

It is also a time to honor Cubs who have earned special achievments and graduate Cubs from their current path to their next path, Tigers to Wolves, Wolves to Bears, Bears to Webelos, and Webelos to Boy Scouts.

The Blue and Gold Dinner also provides a moment to honor our Akelas and Leadership for their dedication to Scouting and our Pack.

Gathering

Please arrive as close to 4:00 pm as possible. We will begin the meeting promptly at 4:15. If you would like to help set up for the meeting please arrive by 3:15.

Dress

Cubs and Leaders should be dressed in full uniform (no jeans). Akelas and siblings should be dressed nicely.

Progress Toward Advancement

• Wolves
The Wolf Cubs are required to participate in the organizing and preparation of a dinner and will be helping with set up and cleanup.

• Bears
The Bear Cubs are required to participate in a public opening and closing ceremony and will be providing the color guard for the dinner.

• Webelos I
The Webelos I cubs are required to design and build the decorations for the Blue and Gold Dinner.
